You are right that people looking at the videos could get a feel for the lawyer and really the firm. I love that they are online and anyone can look at anytime - so clients would not have to wait until the law firm was open, they could search online and make a choice. I am sure some people would feel nervous without a real audience to interact with, but coming across as fake, or just not being who you are, can only be a bad thing in the long term.
